My name is Josip. I'm a web developer, educator, and online marketer by trade. I take joy in contributing to efforts that support my local community; which is why I am the candidate running under the LCQ (Legalise Cannabis Queensland) ticket for Miller in the 2020 Queensland State Election.

I'm Jess Pugh, the proud member for the amazing and diverse community of Mount Ommaney, which takes in a few streets in Sherwood and Corinda.  I'm a mum of two (and a half) and my kids Health and Allegra attend Middle Park SS.

Before getting elected to Parliament I worked in my family's small business, alongside my father David Pugh at Restaurant Two. My whole family loves living in the Western Suburbs, even my mother in-law lives in Corinda, because it such a beautiful part of the world.

Hello to the people of Walter Taylor South Action Group.

My name is Edward Carroll and I am running as a candidate in the upcoming state election for the seat of Miller. I will be an independent candidate for the ballot, but I do belong to the Australian Progressives, where I sit on the National Executive and lead the state branch as Interim President. I have lived in the Western Corridor in Oxley, Darra and Richlands since I was 15, and lived in Sydney before then. I finished my schooling at Corinda State High, and have always been closely connected to the area.

 The South West News this week had an item about noise created by coal freight trains at Darra, exacerbated by a new embankment. This stimulated me to send QR a message about their use, or lack of use, of the new freight line. We have found noise an increasing problem, more trains I guess, but also the way the line is used by train controllers. Recently an anonymous flyer from a resident suggested complaining to QR, but as it was anonymous I was loath to take up the issue. However, I have no sent the following:
